Continuation

It’s been a while since the last blog post; the past year has been filled with a lot of chaos and unforeseen issues, so the time for blog writing has been impossible to maintain. HOWEVER, I found out that one of our Japanese fans found us through the blog, so I’m putting in the effort to get it up and running again! I will try my best to keep the updates coming!

Our biggest news at the moment is that The Trials - Chapter Two is finally out!
It took us around a year to make it and get out out after Chapter One, but we did it!
I tried to challenge myself even more in making the second Chapter to the series. I wanted to make the story longer, bigger, wilder and with more choices and obviously more deaths! I was getting worried that there might be a bit too many deaths in this one, especially compared to escapes, but hey that’s what this game and genre are about, wacky over the top deaths and a hard journey to the outside!

I also wanted to make sure that, although it’s part of a series, you don’t need to have played Chapter One to enjoy Chapter Two. There are definitely Easter eggs from Chapter One to find though. :p Something for the hard core fans!

I truly hope our fans are happy with this installment and will continue to enjoy the games we make. When we get around to it, Chapter Three will once again be something a little different. The same stories and deaths, but something new and exciting added to the mix too!

Before Chapter Three however, we are planning on making a completely different game, not within The Trials universe. We have a project that we’ve both been wanting to try out, so that will be next on our list before continuing on The Trials. Fear not, The Trials will get a lot of love and attention that it and the fans deserve.

We plan on getting better and better with each new Chapter!! Very very excited to continue!
